Step 1. Install the app
Search for "Ocavu" in marketplace and install the Ocavu Asset Viewer app on any stacks that you would like to associate with an Organization in Ocavu
Step 2. Configure the app
After installing Ocavu Asset Viewer on a stack you will need to provide the id and token of your Organization in Ocavu Portal.
You can copy the Organization id and token from the organization settings -> details page. Only members of the organization with Owner level permissions can access this page.
Your app configuration page should look something like:
Don't forget to hit save!
Step 3. Add a custom field for the Ocavu Asset Viewer to one or more content types
Edit an existing content type or create a new content type in the stack where the app is installed.
Add a field and select Custom from the new field options.
In the resulting pop up click on "Select Extension/App"
Click Ocavu Asset Preview from the following pop up and click "Proceed"
Step 4. Edit or create an entry for the content type from step 3 and select an asset to populate the custom field
Entries that have the Ocavu Asset Preview custom field will have a section like this.
Click the "Select Asset" button to bring up a list of published assets in your organization.
Click on a row to select the corresponding asset and then click the "Update Selected Asset" button in the bottom right of the modal to finish selecting the asset.
After selecting an asset you will see a 3d preview of the asset and various links related to the asset. Make sure to click save to persist the selection!
